It’s probably that the watermark was not pure white, or not at 50% opacity when it was overlayed. try recreating the procedure in photoshop on a single frame and play with your refference image (the one you’re using to cut the real one out). try levels and other effects to finally make the watermark disappear. then save your reference and use it in vegas. should help.
most watermarks are pure white with 50% opacity – those are the ideal conditions, but sometimes you need adjust it

now you see i would not mind if the water mark wass in the bottopart of the video as shown but mine is in the very middle im trying to get ride of it as i type right now im waiting for it to get done makeing my video first so i can edit it more
