      @EKrysto there was a time when USO or oil was helping the airlines move and was a good correlation trade, its been harder to judge those moves lately so we have moved on.

    • sgomez858:

      @askchrishetrades using camtasia 5.0 and HD settings.

      Sgomez858, I am glad you start uploading again… thanks for uploading.

    • himakgam:

      I was wondering what trading platform you are using?

    • sgomez858:

      @himakgam what you see in the videos is REDI plus from Goldman Sachs. Lightspeed trading platform is just as good as also used.

    • himakgam:

      thank you kindly.

      Could you guys make a video or do a webinar about fighting HFTs. What to look for in the level 2 and T&S windows. Charts lets you anticipate HFTs activity but cannot really see what they are doing. Been fighting them but cant beat them.

    • sgomez858:

      @talebi818 Good idea for future content. Just know you cannot beat the bots like you cannot beat a chess computer. You can only hope to understand how they prey on the emotion of the market looking to run stops at extreme levels. There has been some good content put out by the guys at SMB capital. Do google search for their blog on “reading the Tape” at SMB capital. You may find some good stuff there.

    • primeminister78:

      What kind of capital are you working on and what’s your daily return?

      @sgomez858

      spot on videos love em!!!

      just wondered , I assume you use a trading signal/alert service , which one do you use? and when placing s/l do you always watch the charts or do already have a price in mind on what you are willing to lose before the trade.

      thanks

    • sgomez858:

      @robnfc1 We use Trade Ideas Alerts

    • robnfc1:

      @sgomez , thanks for that

      looks like a great tool , how do you use the filters? do look for new highs, new lows or just breakouts and pull backs?

    • YiDog21:

      @sgomez858 how are you able to apply and get an account to use GS’s REDI plus, is it offered to the general public or do you need some to have some kind of “special” priveledges in order to access it, btw what are their comission rates? is it comparable to light speed? also, why is it that you are paying for both REDI and esignal if you are only using esignal just for charting. seems like a pretty hefty fee unlesst u go all esignal since comissions are then free with subcription right?
